Not great. Customer service was abysmal! Got there early for my dog's 330PM appt and sat there for 30 minutes in the waiting area. The receptionist then instructed me to wait in room 3. I then waited for another 20 minutes without anyone telling me at least a "We'll be right with you!" our whatsoever. Never going back and would gladly take my business elsewhere.

Dr.Harrison is a miracle. She is patient, thorough and very empathetic. My 16 year old feral rescue cat Bogie has visited 3 times and he is ALWAYS calm around her even though he is skittish. It's a comfort going there and knowing your pet will receive quality care without you going broke. Staff is awesome too!

I took in my dog in for first time , I was overthinking many things about leaving her there for surgery which I’ve never have anywhere else . But what can I say really great service the staff were very caring I felt comfortable leaving my dog there after all . I will be going back to take my cat in this time . Highly recommend .

I was recommended this clinic by my boss after my dogs original clinic wouldn’t call me back after leaving multiple messages. I’m very happy with the service so far! Everything has been affordable and they’re very friendly. My dog is in need of a major surgery and they answered my 1847362 questions with pleasure, the front desk girl even said she understands how stressful these situations are for pet parents and they’re always happy to answer any question that comes up to help ease our minds. That was so nice to hear and it seems as though they genuinely care.

$35 but im not sure if just for all check up or only for when you're a new client
They perform Xrays onsite at the clinic
I've never seen a turtle there, but if you call them I'm sure they'll have an answer for you.
Not sure, give them a call in the morning. Doors open at 7:30am. I wouldn't worry, I know they DO offer affordable pricing.
It is best to make appt. If it is emergent and you arrive as soon as clinic opens, Dr. Harrisonit is will see you as soon as possible.
Call . We're just the public .
No it is not. If you're looking for free dog services such as microchipping or first set of vaccines then you need to go to ASPCA. At the ASPCA I believe they even have a flea and tick shot which is free
