awful. do not bring your pet here. spoke to us and other owners in the lobby disrespectfully and as if we weren’t capable pet owners. didn’t tell us that weren’t allowed back with our pet who is a brand new rescue when we wanted to talk to our vet about a care plan. instead they called us (while we were in the waiting room?) andbabbled things that our pet needed done and asked the same questions over and over again bc we didn’t have answers. we were repetitively and condescendingly asked where the rest of his vet records were but they refused to listen when we explained he has never been to the vet (to our knowledge) because he is a RESCUE. our dog is an un-neutered french bulldog we rescued from a bad breeder with a skin infection and open sores all over his body from scratching at fleas. we were treated as if WE were the bad breeders despite us explaining the situation on the intake form as well as attempting to explain to the vet, vet tech and receptionist. we reached our 3 times for the results of his heart worm test so we could give him his flea medication and for a quote on an infected tooth. still haven’t seen a quote for the tooth and it’s 3 days past the 24 hour period that gave. 0/10 don’t come here.

Super kind, attentive, and informative team! From the front desk specialists to the vet techs and Dr. Pacifici! All of my concerns with my boy Phoenix were addressed and they were also helpful and understanding of my financial situation. Dr. Pacifici took the time to explain everything to me in a clear and concise manner and also let me know what next steps could look like as far as treatment. I feel super at ease now that I’ve found Mohawk Alley and I know my pets will be in the best hands. Thank you to everyone for the best first visit! 💗
