Took my boy in for an emergency visit and although I did not get to meet Dr. Andreou, I felt as if he cared for my pup as if he were his own. I felt as if he was in great hands and am SO pleased with the visit. Appreciate you all!

We took our cat here last Thursday because she severely hurt the tip of her tail. We spoke with 2 different receptionists, one was very helpful while the other was condescending, curt, and was not understanding the stressful situation we were in. The doctor was nice enough but they weren't able to perform the surgery our cat needed because they didn't have a surgeon on staff. Interesting since this is a 24 hour vet service, but they don't keep a surgeon on call? They gave us some pain medication and antibiotics, gave her a cone that was way too small and didn't even bother bandaging her tail up, so overnight she ended up degloving the tip of her tail. We called back because we were extremely concerned, and that same receptionist was again, very curt and short with us. This is such an awful situation, at least have staff that are understanding and patient. We did not feel like this place cared about our cat or our situation at all.

My dog was unable to walk on one leg so took her to the ER here for immediate attention. They were able to see here right away where other facilities had a long 4-6 hour wait or no capacity. I thought she may have been paralyzed from progressed IVDD but Dr. Kensington on site suggested additional X-Rays and so thankful she did! Turns out she tore her ligament in her knee and I would have never known. Great care, took time to explain issues, and would definitely come back. It is slightly more expensive since it’s the ER (they walk through all costs beforehand) than a regular vet clinic but they have all equipment and staff on hand to help with serious issues and correct diagnosis. I am so grateful I came here directly. My total bill for exams, X-Rays, comprehensive blood work and medication/pain shots was about $1000. She also found other things my primary hasn’t from Cushing’s disease development and beyond with necessary recommendations. Grateful I came here!

The most caring Vets and staff in town. Open 24 hours for emergencies and non emergencies! Thank you guys for taking us in when no one else would. We are deeply grateful❣️ 🙏 🥲

Unfortunately no, dogs and cats only.
Answer is no. However, you would hope that when someone does get medication for their pet they would use it accordingly. There isn't a way to track what happens to medicine after it's no longer needed. You should probably follow up with the hospital and formally make the issue known. Good luck.
You have to go thru their ER to get referred to a Neurologist by their ER team, which cost under $200. The Neurologist visit was a separate cost and the MRI was over a grand. They can tell you the cost. They have to Xray to make sure they can do the MRI, and that's if the Neurologist determines that's necessary. After doing most the recommendation, including a spinal tap, and meds, we were around $4500. So if you want the exact diagnosis, be prepared for this kind of cost. My pup had a brain tumor and died about 10 days later. I was glad to know exactly what was going on with him but that was the cost once everything was added in. Go for the ER apptmt and they will give you exact costs of everything they recommend. They are specialists and I wish I would have gotten to them sooner...
Very good good place
It depends of their illness/problem. If you don't book appointment, but you use ER, it cost more.
