They’re the best! Their veterinarians are all extremely thorough in their services and explaining what’s going in with our dog, and they can always get us an appointment within a week. We still take our dog here even after moving an hour outside of the city, it’s worth the drive!

Even though we were new patients (new to the area), Dr Glicklin provided exemplary care to my pet (and us humans) during a very difficult time. I’ve had a lot of pets and been to a good number of vets over the years, but Dr. Glicklin surpassed them all! He showed a lot of empathy and compassion, and spent a lot of time with us. He was truly the silver lining in what was a very sad and painful process. Needless to say we’re definitely going back to him with our other pets! I can’t thank him enough for showing how truly wonderful people can be, but I’ll try - Thank you so much Dr. Glicklin!

Great service, clear communication - what else can you desire from a vet? I feel good bringing my best friend here and if you saw his instagram and/or his TikTok you’d know I’m (rightfully) obsessed. They’re also surprisingly reasonably priced for the westside.

The nurses and staff members were kind and gentle, which left a good impression on my dog. However, as a clinic, I believe it is their responsibility to address and help patients scheduling important dates such as shots, monthly checks, etc. My puppy is already 7 months old and, they still haven't told us when to come for his next appointment. It's been the second time that we have had to wait for him for almost a whole day. My puppy went in at 11:30 am and picked him up at 4:30 pm (and we just went to see if anything was wrong with him). The wait is too long. Also, (same 11:30-4:30 pm day) my puppy had a problem and they said to pay almost $300 for a bunch of treatment and medications that he is recommended to get. I think that's a bit absurd. We just got some pills for him and when we came back home he was perfectly fine. I just want to say that we have been charged so much money from them, yet there is not much progress. One of the nurses called my mom asking the same thing over and over again and gave unnecessary comments. "What brand does your puppy eat?" Shouldn't the clinic have at least some basic data and information about the patients? We are going to move to a different vet due to some conflicts we noticed with this clinic (reasons above). Yes, everybody wants positive reviews/feedback. But I strongly believe that negative feedback can help them to focus on the opportunity of making changes to their system and caring for patients.
