I highly recommend ASPCA. They service South LA. I brought my friends that live in Inglewood and their new kitten there to get neutered. I also bring all the colony cats and kittens I can here as well. You will get spay, microchip, flea treatment, cone and even a cardboard carrier if you don't have one. Please bring her and her kittens to be fixed as soon as possible.

They take good care of the animals. My cat was spayed, got shots, microchip and had a general exam with no charge.

They are giving out vouchers for free spay/neuter 🐈 🐕 and bunnies 😁!!! But only for a couple more days now. Then you have 10 days from the date of issue to use it. The vet office right across the parking lot takes the vouchers.

I'm not sure what kind of care they offer but Ark Animal Hospital on Exposition is very lost cost. No appointment needed. Just walk in. Don't wait another day to take your kitten to be seen by a veterinarian. There are certain viruses that can be deadly and take literally hours to kill a small kitten. Hope your baby makes it.

I arrived at 4 a.m. on a Saturday. They opened at 6a.m. im happy i arrived early cause the line gets really long.

They have humane traps but they require a deposit. If your not a licensed rescue you have to get signatures of ALL residents in the area that they approve. I trapped a cat that was feral and injured. When I took it to them the girl at the front told me it's illegal to simply trap animals. Make sure you tell them what you are trying to do when you go to pick up a trap. If you live in a certain area (zip code) Stray Cat Alliance will set traps out for you. They will spay and neuter the cats but will return them back to where they were trapped. Be aware their are laws set in place to protect stray cats.

I'm not exactly sure, is your cat fixed/neutered? If it's not, and you decide to take it there for that purpose I know they give them their shots, including a checkup and maybe deworming is part of that? I would call just to make sure before going.

When I went in, just about 6 months ago , I was informed that they accept ANY Los Angeles zip code now. I know their website says only certain ones but it is outdated. If you live ANYWHERE in Los Angeles, the ASPCA will spay/neuter, microchip, deworm, flea medication, rabies shot and other vaccinations and clip nails all for FREE! Had great experience with them would highly recommend. Veterinarian near my house wanted $300 and to bring my cat in 3 times over the course of a couple weeks vs ASPCA who did it all for free in a matter of hours. Thanks ASPCA!

From my understanding yes they sedate all cats when being spayed or neutered. Im sure they probably have too...can you imagine trying to hold a cat down and perform surgery on it...the cat would go crazy I dont think it is possible. They are a very professional organization

Sounds about right, I got there early and both my cats got spayed, neutered, and chipped, free. They were kind, courteous, and professional.

I would probably call and make sure for whatever it is your looking for. The way I did it was I got a voucher from an office on site there (opens at 8am) that was good for a free spay, shots, flea treatment & micro chip. Which was based on my income. Then I took the voucher in with me the next day, went about an hour early (6am) and waited for the walk in, which isn't guaranteed. They are very helpful when you call tho. Good luck :)

I think I saw multiple cats from a family. I believe it's 1 pet per person. So you can make two seperate visits if they only accept one. Since it's free and if it's not an emergency, seperate visits would be worst case scenario. They should have a number to ask.

Yes, we were able to do that with our feral cat Franklin. However, the local shelter had a hold on Franklin for the required 3 or 4 days to make sure someone didn't claim him. Then, we were able to adopt him and he was fixed and chipped before we took him. The shelter workers weren't very happy with having to deal with a feral cat. And while the process with a tamed cat is much shorter, we had to go back several times because the cat was uncooperative. Eventually, they were able to get him in a pet container and we eventually brought him home. There is an organization called Stray Cat Alliance that deals with feral cats. You may want to contact them.
