I got my sweet puppy neutered here. They stuck all four of her limbs multiple times trying to give her fluids and when I went to pick her up told me she was “not cooperative” absolutely and completely unprofessional. The signs pointed more towards someone not knowing how to properly do their job. I do not trust this vet!

I had suspicions when it said $36 then as I went to checkout online, it said $60 processing fee added for no reason! Wow. I dont know why they call themselves a hospital. They are more like an outpatient center and I went to the one in Beverly Hills by the Beverly Connection Mall, the one lady was on the phone so I was waiting forever while the person on the phone asked all the question I had already found answers to online. She should have said I have someone in front of me please go online and you'll find the answers to your question. My dog was in a lot of pain and I had carried her all the way there and in the heat. Another girl came up and seemed happy to call my dog cute, but then when it came down to business she was rude and didn't seem like she wanted to be there or helping. She said they were booked, I asked for any other low cost place or emergency care and she kept saying I dont have any information to give you, when I was staring the whole time at a sign right behind her head saying the name of a place and it said 24 hour care on the sign. It's not about the pets here, it's about getting their monthly membership fees! Then after that who cares that quality customer service never is delivered. My cell wasn't working and I asked her if she could call the place on the sign and ask their address? And she replied oh we have to keep the lines open. So Im there with a dog in my arms crying with a broken leg and Im not important enough to call and try to get her emergency care with a sign they were advertising right there behind the desk. Wow this is a money making scheme place. Keep the lines open for posibility of duping more people into paying their monthly membership fees which you are stuck in for a years contract once you pay the first month. But then, an actual pet is right in front of you that is whimpering in pain and you can't be bothered to pick up the phone and make a short call.

This place is great. My doggy gets extremely nervous at the vet but they always go out of their way to make him feel more comfortable. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because last time I went, the woman at the front desk was really impatient and unwilling to help. She asked me to fill out a form but got super impatient because I was taking too long. I wasn’t holding anyone back, there was only one other person there who was already being helped by another woman at the front desk. She also seemed very annoyed with everyone in general and just very unhappy to be there. But maybe she was just having a bad day, I don’t know. It was the first and last time I’ve seen her there (I don’t go that often because they take such good care of my dog so I have no reason to go :):):) ). But everyone else there is always so lovely, kind, and caring. Especially the doctors! Dr. Eboni Betts is the best veterinarian I’ve ever interacted with. She is SO nice and explains everything so clearly and is amazing with following up by phone after our appointments. Thank you Banfield for always taking such good care of my doggio!

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
