Yes, its gorgeous year round
Rhododendrons are in bloom now.
Hi Ernest! Our Gardens truly do have something or many things in bloom year-round thanks to the mild marine climate in which we are located. In November you are likely to find wild mushrooms, winter heathers, grevilleas, winter vegetables, quiet forests, fern, canyons, a nationally recognized conifer collection, stunning ocean views, fall bird migration, early grey whales migrating by the bluffs, and of course our annual holiday event Festival of Lights kicks off on November 29 (www.gardenbythesea.org/fol). If you are looking for more dramatic flowers such as dahlias or rhododendrons I would recommend planning your travels in the spring or summer months. We went in October and it was fantastic. Lots of blooms, it was easy to walk around and the weather was very agreeable. Pick a nice day and go!
Not sure I have only been there in the spring. It is a beautiful trail all the way to the cliffs & we saw deer on the return loop.
Yes everything is blooming.
