Camp 20 Recreation Area

This was just a quick stop for us beautiful place. They have picnic tables little barbecue area bathrooms. It is a great place to relax have a picnic and go do a little bit of hiking and exploring. We came from willits heading towards fort Bragg.

Found this place on our drive back home. Beautiful clear river, great spot to stop and stretch. The bathrooms though, stank so horribly I chose to go next to the river instead.

I just happened to give a person a ride to get their car that was parked outside of the front gate, so I haven't camped there yet. That's why I didn't give it 5 star's, don't know how good the service is yet. But from what I've seen it's really nice and I'm excited about the whole idea of having a small camp site that you don't have to share with very many other campers! I must say it's something new for the old bucket list!!!

We didn't camp here but went on a walk around the creek area, it was really cool. I saw a salamander and the water was really clear.
