No there's no camping. Sometimes people do stop during the night and take a nap though. There are large pull outs along the highway that some people do use to sleep during the night.
About a half mile west of camp 20 is Dunlap campground... I think they charge $20 a night, but I'd definitely feel safer there than along the road
