Quite disappointed. This location is very short staffed. It's frustrating and time-wasting trying to talk with staff. They are nice enough but often not available when needed. Be ready to experience long hold times, if you can even get through. Location is not open on weekends. Available inventory of vehicles is limited. I guess those are a few of the pitfalls of being located in a small coastal community.

I have several complaints. With the local office and the manager. The manager should be re trained in proper customer service. Up until my last rental I have been using enterprise for more than 25 years. NEVER AGAIN

The rental and drop off were handled by two different agents who were customer service oriented. Both agents went above and beyond to ensure a seamless easy process. I even got dropped off after I returned the car.

It was so easy to pick up and return this rental. Didn’t even have to go into the office, I did the online confirmation, called and told them I was coming and the vehicle was waiting for me.
