The place looks good from the outside, but it's not and especially if you get a room you are not comfortable with, an you ask for another, they can become very disrespectful towards you by giving you another dirty unsuitable room, if you refuse it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, unless it's your only last option.
No it's not very clean at all. The picture online are well let's just say it does not look like that in real life. It smelled horrid out in the halls all the time and no elevators so if you by chance have an upstairs room you have to carry your stuff up.
It's clean but as Theron Miles said, the security doors arent functional.
When I stayed there last year, the lock on the security door to the building was broken, so people could walk straight inside. I wouldn't stay there again.

Clean yes...sanitary not so much. Safe is subjective. The rooms are safe and people staying there aren't bad (they don't tolerate riftraft) but parking lot security leaves something to be desired.
The rear building isn't very clean.
