I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a cozy, excellent night's sleep with friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere. When we first arrived, we were greeted by a sleep- deprived staff member at roughly 1am, who directed us to our room after we checked in. The first thing I noticed upon entering the room we were given was the wonderful aroma of cigarettes and sweat given off by the room, along with the cleanliness of the facility. The sheets were very comfortable, as the cigarette holes allowed for a good amount of air flow during the night. The Television had to be my favorite part of the experience, as the only channel accessible to us was "Henrico County Television' and my friends and I were surely not disappointed, learning of local elderly basketball game times and other fun activities. The only reason I could not give it a 5 star rating was the constant groaning coming from most of the other hotel rooms, which I would assume would be some sort of security feature to keep conversations private, and the lack of a UV light. As well, the homeless people in the parking lot asking for currency to spend on crack was a very interesting experience, but not one I would like to happen again. All in all, it was a good experience and I would surely stay again.

Cosmic Storm

This place is dirty, front desk barely speaks English and they are rude about it, the security it old guys so they won’t be able to help when you get mugged in the parking lot b/c there are sooo many ppl just hanging out in the parking lot and doorways. The rooms are dirty. The sheets are dirty. They blame covid but there’s no hotel privilege at all. No breakfast no in room coffee, one pillow on the both beds then a half size one. Their in room tv is 30” if that. The security doors either don’t work or are propped open so anyone can wonder in. The rooms stink, the sheets and mattress are dirty. The curtains are barely attached to the window. O and the price is about $20 more then online shows you. Make sure they don’t keep your deposit cuz it’s dirty. I took before pictures just to prove their room was already gross. They have vending machines. This place is dirty and i don’t feel safe.

NO STARS!!!! Terrible customer service and they don’t mention that the rooms come with complimentary BEDBUGS. Unless you want to spend thousands of dollars getting your home sprayed/buying new furniture I suggest you don’t stay here! They also undermine the situation and REFUSE TO GIVE A REFUND EVEN WITHE EVIDENCE. Wish I would’ve read the reviews before staying here. Never spend your money or time here you will be extremely disappointed and bitten!!

If I could I would give this hotel a 0 star rating! The lady in the front lobby was RUDE! Extremely rude! On the parking pass for them they put my husbands ID number instead of the license plate number, we asked her several times to simply change it saying she couldn’t. Wouldn’t let us talk to a manager, but was on the phone with one the entire time. Plus. As I checked in the room, the toilet sounded broke, and the heater was not blowing out heat and was RUSTY! This hotel is a disgrace!
