This is a must stay!! If I had more time I would have booked extra nights! The hotel is simply beautiful and the staff is super friendly. I met and spoke with a manager (Mr. Matt) , dishwasher (Mr. Tim) , clerk (Mr. Phil) and server (Ms. Brittney) all in 1 day and every last person was very kind and professional. I didn’t have opportunity to see pool or workout area but rest assured you will not be disappointed with your stay at this hotel. It’s somewhat secluded BUT you are close to restaurants etc. They were having a wedding when I arrived. As a titanium member I was able to go to club on 7th floor for cocktails ($5 each) and breakfast the next morning. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!!! The photos online are an exact representation of what to expect!!!

Experienced a major safety issue - was stuck in a shaking elevator. Tried pressing the alarm and call button but no one responded. The accident occured due to manual negligence from the staff which resulted in a potentially life threatening situation. Terrible situation management by the hotel. Additionally the rooms were not clean. Strongly advise against this hotel. Stay safe.

Did not rate the rooms because we have not stayed there. But the 1st impression was wonderful, we went to see if we can see the place. We are looking for a place to have our wedding reception, the Manager took time to show myself & wife the facility & he explained that he had his wedding there. Great 1st impression, so we are thinking about hosting our wedding reception there. Really nice

Rarely leave bad reviews but the room was pretty dirty. Sheets stained up, furniture stained, shower floor not cleaned. Worst of all we found someone else's dirty under hanging from some cords under a desk. It was pretty visible so they obviously don't clean well if they missed that. Everyone at the front desk is lovely though.
