This place is the worst. My AC went out during a North Carolina summer and it was brutal. Indoor temperatures would reach 90F and the leasing office could care less (while ignoring NC AC laws that require AC for tenants when outside ambient temperatures reach 80F). After 7 weeks of complaining they finally gave me a sole window AC unit that kind of worked while the leasing office stayed a cool 73F. Do not live here. They do not care about you.

I would give 0 starts. MOLDY AND ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!! The management office is super hard to get a hold of, they are very unorganized and rude. I moved out a year ago and they’re still calling about my apartment….

When I lived there it was hard to get maintenance out for anything. They swapped out the hvac system but didn't come back to patch it up. It's drafty and there's no insulation. The socket in my kitchen went out and they didn't come fix it. The faucet in my shower kept breaking. To make matters worse all the apartments are condemned now and marked unsafe/unfit to live in.

Living here was a last resort and a night mare. When i first moved in management wasnt that awful but the upkeep wasn’t the best I lived here for 3 years and watched things just get worse over time. Houses spontaneously catching fire, cops racing through all hours of the day. Drug deals across the street, and domestic violence simply became the normal for where i lived . However after Florence my house definitely had moisture damage to which the property managers neglected. Mold in the vents was painted over with spray paint, the walls were bubbling over and my house was infested with fleas and roaches. I’ve stopped by a year after leaving Amd to no surprise it’s exactly how I’ve left it. I wouldn’t wish living here on my worst enemy. It’s more of a trap neighborhood

Nothing they're all condemned and permanently closed
It varies significantly. Town Center frequently offers varying "move in" specials for new residents.
