First time in Richmond. Even though we only stayed one night this is one of the best Hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are more than willing to go out of their way with whatever you need as soon as you check in. I talk about atmosphere in my reviews a lot because I think it's an important component to any location you visit, whether you're staying the day or for the night. Walking into the Linden has the feel and familiarity similar to your own home. I also wanted to mention a member of the staff who helped me out the night I stayed here. I couldn't get the vending machine to work and was about to give up when she called me over and handed me four of her own fizzy drinks, free of charge. It might seem like a small gesture to some but was incredibly kind and totally unexpected. Where I live things like this rarely ever happen, back up North. The people here, and in general in Richmond, are really one of a kind. I can't wait to visit again someday. Highly recommended. Thanks for a great stay. 👍 👍

I have stayed at the Linden Inn on previous business trips. I much prefer the classic feel of the Inn as opposed to more corporate options. The Inn has a charming and unique feel to it, and the rooms are dressed and decorated accordingly. The rooms themselves are huge in comparison to any hotel in which I have stayed. My room had all the necessities - coffee maker, fridge, microwave, iron & ironing board - and was quite charming in appearance. The hot water pressure (a personal pet peeve of mine) was excellent. I had minimal interaction with the staff, but they were all very polite and helpful in terms of advice on parking and restaurants. The Inn is located in a very pleasant neighborhood, and is in close proximity to everywhere I needed to be. All in all, a great experience, and one that I will repeat the next time I am in Richmond.

I deliver food here a lot, and the staff is by far one of the best hotel staff I have ever experienced for years of delivering food. The young lady that was there, today around 4:45pm was the coolest and nicest person ever. I have had a long day, and chatting with her made it so much better. So happy to able to meet cool and wonderful people like her. Keep up the great work!!

I absolutely adore this hotel. The location is perfect, parking was easy, check-in was quick and it's just a super cozy hotel full of history. While heading to the room you actually go outside on a terrace that overlooks the Parterre that is the patio area for the restaurant located right next to the hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything you would need for a solid stay in Richmond. Another perk to this hotel is the restaurant I mentioned previously - Parterre which is located on the first level. I love this place. The staff are so friendly, the food was amazing, and the manager was knowledgeable and able to provide the best recommendations. We loved the bartender Sydney too she was awesome. I will always choose to stay here in the future if they have available rooms! The perfect little spot in Richmond.
