I checked in earlier today and everything has been amazing! Kaleah at the front desk has been super awesome and very friendly. When I had an issue with the TV in my room the staff immediately sprang into action to fix the problem. My room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Valet has been very courteous as well. I’m glad I booked this hotel ☺️

My father stayed here for 7 months on business in my teens and I stayed with him for long periods of time so got to know the workers. They are amazing, terrific, perfect especially Stewart he is amazing the best of the best. The setup great valet expensive but they are very nice. I’m staying here now again with friends and insisted to come here and so glad I did. The restaurant, Starbucks is great and if you are nice at check in they give tickets for free drinks at Starbucks or at the bar. It’s a nice location to walk or drive around. The restaurant is great and there is a amazing chef and very nice aesthetic. There is a Wells Fargo bank across from that. Next to the restaurant there’s a store that sells smoothies and açaí bowls. All of that it’s amazing love it second home. There is also great gym pool etc.

We had a fantastic stay at the Omni Richmond this past weekend! I assisted my brother in planning a group stay for their wedding weekend. From the beginning, our group needs were taken care of. Rusty was fantastic to work with along the way! When we arrived, the valet staff and front desk were friendly and made us feel at home. Housekeeping did a fantastic job on our room (I know it's a difficult time right now with finding the staff to take care of rooms- and we greatly appreciated the time taken to clean/organize while we were away at the wedding events since we were rushed from the room.) Our waiter at breakfast on Easter morning went out of his way to provide wonderful service despite being very busy. The hotel is in a great location with many places in walking distance and has the friendliest staff- even the baristas at the Starbucks were the friendliest I've come across! We will certainly recommend the Omni Richmond to others visiting the area and will return when we can.

An overall great experience! Everyone was so friendly and service was great. When I arrived in the room my mini cooler wasn't working, I called the front desk and a maintenance man arrived within 10 minutes with a new one. Check in and out was easy. The room was clean and beautiful, Starbucks in the lobby. Valet was amazing as well. Thanks for a great stay, if I need to stay in Richmond again, this is where I'll be!

It's in a great location and the room was very nice. My biggest complaint was not the price but charging extra for parking, $25. I've never had to do that before, ever.

I only had a glass of tea and they tried to charge me the full buffet price. I had stayed in the Commonwealth and got something at the 7-11 since we were leaving that morning. I sat at the table with my buddies and the server kept asking me if I wanted something. I told her I had already ate and she just kept insisting. I finally told her I would get a tea just to shut her up. She charged me the full bar price. I really felt like they tried to pull a scam on me. It took two managers to make it right. I have stayed there several nights since but I will never forget that experience.
I don't believe so but I could be mistaken since I didn't drink any. There were price tags on the water bottles but not coffee so that's what I'm basing my answer on
