Comfortable, had everything we needed. The shower was nice. I do wish there was a heavier blanket on the bed. Free breakfast was not offered. Coffee was available but only with powdered creamer. Great location. Nice overall.

This is a gorgeous hotel in a perfect downtown location. Warm welcome from everyone we passed. Immaculate room with great decor and long views. Now that we've stayed there we couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. Next time we need to stay longer than 2 nights! Thank you Delta Richmond VA.

A solid 4.5 stars. Pros: the shower is absolutely amazing!! A rain shower waterhead with tremendous water pressure. The rooms have extra large windows for a great view. The beds are super comfy and the pillows are like sleeping on a cloud. Very clean hotel with complimentary shuttle and complimentary bottles water (total thumbs up on that). The true jewel at this hotel is the friendly and helpful staff. Cons: The a/c in my room did not work well, the bartender closed early one night and would not even allow me to get a couple of bottles of beer to go because he already settled his books for the night and parking is an additional fee. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The toilet ran all night, toilet had to be fixed twice. Finally stopped running then the tub wouldn't stop dripping. Maintenance came right away each time. The room was clean and housekeeping was amazing and respectful. They turned down the room each day and kept everything clean. It was quiet other than the water dripping. The amenities were average. The microwave and mini fridge were in the closet. The pool was open. Parking was $15/night and the parking garage was attached to the building. If you stay on weekends, paying for parking is optional. There are a few parking spots on the street. There's no attendant on duty so you have to pay by phone or use your room key. My digital key worked for one use then never worked again, even after I called and was told the key would be reset. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of plugs and USB ports. Overall, I'd stay again. The value was just average.
