I live off Central Heights Road. Why is it that we now receive mail after 7:00pm? Obviously it's someone new to the route. address # on my home, door open and didn't receive my package but got an email 20mins later saying unable to deliver

Your regular carrier is on vacation and your sub is a brand new carrier and has only been working here a couple weeks so its taking her longer plus with the holidays there's more mail so its taking even longer because of that, you just have to be patient

You need to call the main office and complain.
