3 straight days of my packaged being delayed due to "Emergency Situations/Extrememe Weather"...it's been sunny all week. If I want to reroute and pick up personally, I have to wait at least one business day and pay extra. I have to pay extra to do their job for them.

My package was left at the main road with a note saying my path was muddy which in fact the path had dried out and was not muddy. Don't appreciate him doing this. Anybody could have stopped and taken. Ups travel down my path for deliveries before. This needs to be checked into. This package weighed at 200 lbs. See my photos I took showing the item and its location to the highway and my house. My husband saw it by our path when he came in or otherwise never known it was there.

My dad and brother got hired on and received an email for them to show up today 11/25/21 at 10am for orientation. They showed up, along with at least 20 other people just to find out they were closed today. People changed their plans with family for an opportunity to work. How disappointing!
