I struggled a lot with deciding on a rating for gwta. The amount of pros and cons are extremely high on both sides. I think the biggest reason for that is the people, some do there jobs right and some don't. I can always count on gwta to be late except for whenever I'm late and then I miss it, that never seems to fail. I've waited as long as an hour and about 10 minutes for the bus before. So yeah, a lot of problems

You guys are a great company, but the few errors you have is being late to stops and the station. You guys also need an app at least so we can look to see where your bus is, so we would know if we are late or early. If you coukd at least get a app that helps keep track of the bus, that would be great. Also if you guys could improve on your driving time.

For the city bus is $1 per person each time you get on the bus. For a reservation within wayne County its $5 per person each way
To get on the bus is $1.00 with a transfer ticket only if you need a transfer ticket to get on another bus
