The venue itself seems nice and quaint however you have to walk through an apartment lobby to gain access to the room so you may pass someone in their pajamas or worse before getting to the event....with an external entrance and exit this would be a place I might consider for an event

We love the Terrace Room. It's a beautiful, historic place to hold your special event. The building is beautiful and there are great views of Downtown Goldsboro as well. We have our Miss Seymour Johnson Pageant at the Terrace Room every year. There's a place for the contestants to dress as well. The staff is great as well and will help make your dream a reality. Give them a call for additional information. You'll be glad you did.

Yes, we have held 4 or 5 quinceneras here at the Terrace Room. We are currently limited to 50 guests at events. Yes, our hourly rate is $175 and the price does include tables & chairs.
