Me and my partner called asking if they would be able to administer my medication for me because I have needlephobia and need assistance. They were not helpful and instead gave us the number for child protective services even though we are very clearly not children. If it's not a service they offer there they could have just said so. It was extremely unprofessional and rude

The lady working the front desk on June 13 2022 I believe her name was Angela was beyond disrespectful. I’ve never met a person so rude in my whole life. She’s gonna be the main reason I will not be going back! SHE SHOULD BE TERMINATED!

They literally never answer the phone, and cause things to become an inconvenience. I have been calling for a month, to Wendy Kearney and have gotten 0 calls back from ANY department. Its honestly annoying. & makes things that shouldnt even be hard, HARD!!! The Staff that answer the phone Michel Brad and the lady who does transwers were RUDE and kept cutting me off while I was speaking and saying what I needed. Michel Brad insist that he can only give me the number online which I know isnt to be true. Update: 4-5-2022 10:31am Wendy Kearney called me back and was rude and hung up. She kept insisting that is low staff and "swamped " with other files. This is the first call ive gotten back in a month , Ive sent emails and left voice mails. I do not agree with her insisting I understand that she has been busy. With any of the information i have given her she has not corresponded saying she cant see what I sent or that she cant reach the number ive given her (these items were given 3-18-2022) . She was very unprofessional cutting me off and then chose to hang up on me . Id like HR to contact me about this situation.
