There is no date set yet for when disaster funds will begin for those who are NOT receiving food stamps currently. It should not be long though.

If you send an authorized representative they must already be authorized by you or arrive with a statement signed by you to have that authority to handle matters on your behalf. You can print the application though to speed up your process by arriving with a completed form.

I am in Goldsboro in a high flood zone I live down by southco. I don't want to get them all the time I just need help replacing what I lost. I just got my power back on the 19th of this month. I just heard that they were helping people who did not receive them as well. I just don't know when and where.
I am unsure about on line. Give it a try and if you see that your application is not going through...go to DSS.
