Choosing West Park Village for my move to LA was the best decision! Susy, Omar, and Suat from the leasing office team have been so friendly and welcoming and made the process of finding an apartment, even remotely, extremely easy and stress free. I was able to watch a prerecorded video tour of the specific unit I was choosing, in addition to having a live FaceTime tour of the grounds (since the unit was still occupied) prior to signing a lease. Located in a quiet neighborhood but still near all the hits of Sawtelle and Brentwood, West Park Village has felt like an oasis in the middle of busy city living. 5/5 would recommend!

Beware of thieves - I never leave reviews but I had to leave this one. I lived in West Park for 2 years and just moved out. Even though it's a gated community, I've had approximately 10 packages stolen (there have been so many instances, I've lost track). I alerted management multiple times and they said they were sorry but there was nothing they could do. They finally installed package lockers, but if the courier didn't leave the package in the locker, the package would go missing within 24 hours. When I was moving I had large moving boxes delivered and the box was already opened when I went to get it. When the thief realized it was simply a box filled with more boxes, they decided to not steal it. The most frustrating part is that even though management knew this was an ongoing problem that many residents were experiencing, instead of getting to the bottom of it, I was simply told nothing could be done.

We’ve lived here almost 2 years in two different apartments. We really enjoy it. It’s quiet, well priced, and in a great location. Management is very kind and always does it’s best to meet residents needs. The facilities are also very nice and well maintained. Plus they just added a new camera watched mailbox system. They always are looking for little things like this to improve resident life. Highly recommend.
