Nightmare of a parking situation here now in the garage. All the residents were very happy with the first come, first serve parking that was originally in place. Now, spaces were assigned and those paying for an additinal parking space are forced to use a tandem parking spot, making you pull in and out throughout the day for the other car. Nobody was ever told an additional parking space is a tandem space when they sign a lease nor does it say anything of that nature in the lease agreement. Property management could care absolute less about our complaints over this. Do not expect this building to care, so take your hard earned money and take it to Jardine down the street.

I really really loved the floor plan and building overall but it threw me off when we walked to the elevator, there were like 45 flies in front of the entrance and I was immediately turned away. I had to duck and dodge my way on the elevator. So sad because I really loved the unit :/

I am incredibly averse to change. After 7 years in my apartment, I decided to make the move to a larger building for more amenities, but ended up with so much more. El Centro is stunning. Lush Garden landscapes, incredibly clean common areas, tenant events, and even yoga classes and sound baths. Everything about El Centro feels...elevated. Special shout out to Star and Jamee for guiding me through the application process, answering 1,000,000 questions, even late on a Friday night and showing me the lay of the land. You both were so intricate to making this transition seamless. Thank you thank you, thank you, Star, Jamee and the rest of my onboarding team. The sun shines a little brighter at El Centro!

I worked at El Centro and lived at Eastown, across the street, and can confidently say that they are both stunning communities with beautiful residences, managed and maintained by a stellar team of professionals. Management is top notch on all fronts, from the leasing office, to the security and maintenance teams. I can say first hand that they genuinely care about their residents, and deliver fantastic services, including a slate community events every month, an on-call staff, and beautifully maintained amenities. Kudos to everyone there for a stellar job. I loved my time at these buildings, and they will always serve as a standard of excellence for the way apartment communities should be managed.
