I have lived in the Orsini for about 2 years now and I am grateful to be a resident here. Not only are the amenities amazing but the rooms and staffing are amazing as well. I want to take this time and thank Marissa Morris (leasing manager) for supporting me throughout my residency with Orsini. She is diligent, efficient and thoughtful.

My partner and I moved in about 2 weeks ago and we have had a great experience so far! We moved from Texas in a very tight window of time and Geoff truly made this transition so much easier for us. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable of the entire property, but he truly demonstrated great care and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled for our move-in date. We highly recommend this property, it is safe and has so many amenities not offered around.

I stayed here during the summer of 2016 for a college study-abroad program and I’m back full time in 2022. They’ve been able to maintain the same level of cleanliness. Employees sweep the hallways and outside the complex. Security guards do walkabouts. Repairmen do work around the complex. My leasing agent was Mario Junco and he was extremely helpful during the entire leasing process. He was able to answer all of my questions. I have a one-bedroom apartment and it has all the necessary appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave) and space (living room, kitchen, bedroom, closet, balcony, and bathroom.) Appliances are relatively new. Nothing older than 4 years old. Walls are somewhat thin, you can hear loud neighbors, crying children, and people in the hallway. I wish the walls were thicker. There are trash chutes in the hallway, they are really close and convenient for your room. Trash bins are in the garage for big boxes and items. For deliveries, small packages go to the Amazon lockers. Orsini will give you an account to set that up. For big boxes that don’t fit in the lockers, they go to Resident Services in Building 2. Each unit has a mail box in the mailroom. You are given a key for it. Elevators are relatively quick with moderate space. All in all, there are a lot of positives to this place. I feel that this place has a good amount of safety. You need your key fob to go everywhere (elevators/units/stairwell). So outside variants won’t be able to wander anywhere unless they have a key fob. I definitely think this is a place to seriously consider if it’s in your price range.

This apartment complex is an oasis in the middle of DTLA. It has everything I could possibly want and so much more. I feel like I am on a tropical vacation but this is actually my home. If you love nature, the outdoors, Italian art and aesthetics then this is a great place for you.
