I've lived here for 6 months and the units are great. While there has been construction lately which has been a nuisance at times management has been great at responding to our concerns. Great spot overall!

Residents were expected to live with 0 compensations!!!! with extremely loud construction noise that went longer than initially projected (throughout finals week as well!, still ongoing in February). Our security deposit was returned extremely late (past the 30 days stated on the lease), the wifi and gate or fob system are frequently out. Text line is NOT answered within 24 hours. There are no lights in the rooms. Ive had issues with packages not being able to be delivered here. There are so many cheaper better options out there!!!!!

There is always apprehension for parents of students attending school in a large city, in an area with safety concerns, when it comes to finding off-campus housing. Will the students be safe? Will the landlord be fair and responsive? I'm so grateful that Victory's management, and Ms. Robin in particular, has been quick to answer any/all of my questions/concerns, is exceptionally gracious and attentive to details/fairness regarding billing, etc. She has been wonderful for me as a parent, as co-signor on my son's lease. The building has multiple security features in place. When students follow basic guidelines and common sense, they will be fine safety-wise.

I had been living in Victory on 30th in the 2019/20 academic year and I am very satisfied with my experience there. The building is modern and has great common areas (patio and rooftop deck are ideal for hosting friends). Kitchen/living room and bathrooms are pretty spacious. AC, internet, etc. all worked really well. The property management is excellent - they have always been extremely helpful and just such nice people in general! Any issues that needed fixing in the apartment were dealt with immediately. They would also pick up any parcels and deliveries in the reception area on the ground floor throughout the day Monday-Friday. It has always been a pleasure to talk with them. One downside of living here was that walls in the apartment are very thin and that you can hear in your room everything that's happening in the kitchen/living room, and vice versa. I could also hear noises from the upstairs apartment. Oh, and the bed mattresses are terrible so if you want to use them you should definitely buy a mattress topper or just bring your own. On the whole, though, I am very happy that I stayed there. Would definitely recommend it to everyone looking for private accommodation close to USC campus!
