While the complex is nice, the noise pollution (complex landscaping / construction / street noise) is constant and gets through to the driveway / street facing units easily. The units are not bad, but often require multiple maintenance fixes. The management team is also often difficult to work with and get resolution to issues.

Management is terrible, and Apartments contain known human carcinogens like asbestos.. stay away. I visited a unit here a few weeks ago. Really liked the place and its location, so I applied to live there. Apartment requires a $250 holding deposit while your application is processed. Now keep in mind, this is a refundable holding deposit, NOT a (non-refundable) application fee. 5 days later, I am approved, and only at that time can I see the lease, not before. The lease contract I receive is 46 pages long and full of disclosures such as that the building contains ASBESTOS and the most recent inspection was done 20 YEARS AGO. Reading that, I decide that I am not interested in moving in. However, according to the management I am no longer allowed to cancel and recover my deposit.. How is it legal or even simply moral to force you to lose a refundable holding deposit if you decide that you don't want to go ahead with signing a 46-page contract full of health risk disclosures ? Plus, in times of Covid-19 and with people struggling for jobs, personal finances, and health, I would assume the management is able to show some understanding here, but no, every request to do the right thing was rejected by them..

I just moved out of this building and I'm super sad! I lived here for just over two years and loved every minute of it. The property is well maintained, the amenities are great, location is fabulous and it's peaceful (even though it's pretty close to a busy intersection - you can't hear a thing). The management and the maintenance staff are super helpful and they're on location! You can walk in to their office to get help with whatever you need. The pool is amazing, too. I miss that the most!
