Please do not work with this firm if you are a business, they will file your taxes, late incurring penalties from the IRS, the guy will ghost you also when you attempt to contact. Horrible horrible experience I had here. So disappointing that people runs there businesses like this pathetic place. Hopefully they can make an effort to reform themselves and do better.

My family and I would get our taxes done here every year without a problem, although; this year they made a huge mistake regarding my refund. Basically, my refund money was sent to the wrong account because the employee did not verify my personal information. As a result, I have not received my tax money and the employee that made the mistake has not even tried to help resolve the situation. I am very disappointed in the treatment I have received from Medina's especially considering my family has been loyal costumers to them. I would not recommend them to anyone any longer.
