I literally just game to give a major shout out to my girl Kacey. My husband and I came in just while wandering around and found a game that we wanted to purchase. We took it to the counter and I swear I have NEVER had such an amazing experience with customer service anywhere. We bought a game that was on sale for a pretty good price, $14 was our total. After relating to our gaming interests and having a good conversation with us, she surprised us some more with her friendliness. My husbands card was only approved for part of the amount, due to us switching accounts and just using the rest of the money left in his. She was very concerned and ask if we were doing okay just because of that little mishap. It was such a sweet thing for her to do, and was something she didn't even have to ask about. I kid you not I have never had such a good human experience. With things being so weird in the world today, I'm so grateful there are people out there that check on others, even just strangers. Keep up the good work Kacey, you put a huge smile on our faces for caring so much.

I mean it's really the only thing that's around anymore that has any type of video games memorabilia or offers any type of services. It's pretty overpriced usually even with paying for the membership. It is what it is can't do much about that and half of the time they are sold out of what you are looking for. Staff is pretty good, clean stores. It varies from location to location.
