Obviously, everyone who is working with the Oregon Cremation Company is going through a very difficult time. From my first contact with the company, until I picked up my loved ones ashes, every person I dealt with did everything possible to help me make decisions. There was no attempt to upsell me or take advantage of my emotional state. I was given plenty of information with which to do what felt right for our family. The process was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend the Oregon Cremation Company.

Samantha was wonderful to work with, my questions were answered in a prompt and caring way, and the support was fantastic. In a very difficult time for me, she was with me all the way. Follow-up and written materials were so useful as well. Samantha and others were very patient and good listeners; costs were fair and reasonable and I did not feel being "up-sold.." My mother recently passed away in February, during the ice and snow. She passed on a Friday, late morning. I had made a previous arrangement for my mother's disposition, just a few months back, which was incredibly easy. I am in the Santa Cruz, California area, while my mother was residing outside of the Portland area. I had sent all the information to my sister-in-law, as she and my brother were able to be with her as she passed. She turned over the information to the residential staff, who then contacted Oregon Cremation Co. By Monday morning, I received a call from Samantha, who informed me that they had my mother, and what the next steps would be. Everything had been explained clearly. They handled all the paperwork with me over the computer, which was extremely helpful, since I was not able to be present. This was truly one of the simplest and straight forward process, I have ever experienced. Which was wonderful, as the passing of my mom was extremely difficult, especially, since I was there.
