I came into this store Friday afternoon, looking for a few possible select items. Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for but they also provided something else. Excellent customer service! Trent was absolutely awesome! Treated me like a real person and not just some dude spending money. We had a real conversation, a candid conversation if you will. It was just a great experience from start to finish. So thank you Trent! You now have myself and my family as lifelong customers! My father absolutely was and is thrilled with the Joe Montana! Trent is very knowledgable and a trustworthy source for authentic autographs. Love this shop and always use this as my primary source for autograph purchases. The store is fun to browse and is most certainly worthy of a visit while at Clackamas mall.

This place is wonderful. A was just strolling by and saw a signed jersey of one of my girlfriends favorite players. So I strolled in to chat. I decided to get it for her and took it home. When I wondered if it would fit my girlfriend Trent was hesitant to sell it to me as it should not be worn. I took it home and took one pic with her wearing it. I decide to take it back to get it framed. Trent searched for stills to frame with it and texted a bunch of them to us to choose from. We decided on the ones we wanted incorporated in the frame. It came out perfect. There was another still she loved and Trent gifted us with it when I picked up the final framed jersey. Trent is passionate about making his customers HAPPY!!! And we certainly are.
