Where to begin? 1 year ago my wife and I drove from Eastern Oregon to Portland because we knew the make of pull trailer We wanted to buy. Because we were still in the midst of the COVID issues, trailers were hard to come by. Almost impossible to see in person, so we pretty much had to pick our trailer out by doing a virtual online tour. At first we were pleasantly surprised with what seemed to be a very honest and open salesperson who assured us that due to the pandemic he was selling trailers, handover fist and basically stuffing his walls and mattresses with money. So he had no need to mislead us. I was concerned about my half ton truck and it's pull weight. When we started looking at the particular trailer that we bought. We were assured by our salesperson and the shop that my truck was more than adequate to pull the trailer. However, they needed to put on a weight distribution kit in which they winched the chain as hard as they could to get it to pull correctly. The drive from Portland to Eastern Oregon was absolutely scary as the trailer was all over the place and the truck as well. That was just the start of our nightmare. The trailer did not come with the bedspread as advertised when we bought the trailer and we were assured that the things that did not come with the trailer was because of COVID and whatnot but they would get that bedspread to us and the salesperson is short us of that. Let's just say when we called months and months later to check on the status of the things they were to send us. The salesperson dodged us and the owner of Apache attempted to make me feel petty that I was worried about not receiving a bedspread, a bedspread that added to the decor or went with the decor of all the pillows and the trailers decorative theme. He relented and said he would contact the manufacturer and we would receive the bedspread well one year later we have not received the bedspread. We never once heard back from the salesperson not to check on whether we were happy with the trailer. Nothing. Just took our 35,000 sale and sayonara. I could go on and on but I will say this. When I took this trailer to a local RV dealership to get an additional weight distribution stabilizer bar installed The experts there said there's no way they should have convinced you that your truck was adequate for this particular trailer which is listed as a half ton towable trailer but not all half ton. Trucks are created equal in their towing capacity. I would caution anybody considering buying a trailer from this business that the only thing they are interested in is making the sale. We have extreme buyers remorse and feel silly that we chose this particular dealership when we had so many options from where we live to Portland. Steer clear of this business. There are far better places to buy from. Furthermore, the trailer has numerous quality issues, most likely due to being made once the manufacturing started after the COVID shut downs. We had broken closet racks, bathroom toilet paper roll holder and other things not even installed on the wall. A major leak at the water heater. Most of the door latches are not aligned properly and doors fly open when traveling.

Had a great experience with Chuck in Sales back in 2020, and Brandon and Kammy in the Service Department have been exceptional! They have been very communicative regarding some warranty repairs to my camper that have recently been completed. Now that the repairs have been made I feel my camper is better than when it came off the factory floor.

Bought a new ORV Trailer from Apache last week. Ordered it a few months ago and picked it up last Friday. I have to say it was a great buying experience. My salesman was Eric and he endured my weekly calls and questions in stride. Great no pressure sales from the beginning. When Eric wasn't around, I also got to entertain Kevin with my updates. Working with their finance Goddess (Laura Lee) was a pleasure and painless. Lastly was a walkthrough with Doug. He knew the product inside and out and even managed to get a few small items fixed before we could make it a full trip through the unit! The trailer was well gone through and I couldn't find anything wrong after living in it on our trip back down to Phoenix. Kudo's to the Apache Camping Staff for the great service and to ORV for building a quality product.

We had looked all over for our Outdoor RV 26 ft RLS. Apache was great they found us the trailer we wanted. We dealt over the phone because we were from out of town. Showed up signed the papers and drove it home. Happy Campers. Highly recommend this place as we had shopped all over Oregon and Washington. Best price.. we love our trailer.
