The court clerk lady was really nice informative, fair and helpful, I had in my calender my court was on the 5th however it was the day before an honest mistake, but when I went there the clerk was very nice and took my documents and gave them to the judge and got one of my tickets dismissed and Called me back to set up a payment plan, I appreciate the efforts and help! The only thing I didn't care for was that people must wait outside and call the court to get help once they arrive to court, but what if someone doesn't have a phone or has a cell that has a dead battery, I hope they can place a intercom outside since the windows are one way and that's no way to notify the clerk inside of arrival. I found this court to be better experience than the other I had years ago! Thank you all for your services!

A fake, "kangaroo court." No due-process provided whatsoever. Demanded Discovery in timely fashion; didn't receive Discovery; properly Moved to Suppress evidence not provided in Discovery, simultaneously Moving for Dismissal; Court Denied both properly filed motions, weighed evidence not provided in Discovery and ordered Judgment to pay fine for $280. This "Court" is a farce and every member of it's staff, especially the judge, should be investigated for ethics violations.

The girl on the phone was more then helpful when I called! however they don’t offer any Diversion classes at this location for any tickets or minor traffic violations, unlike the Oregon city location and that seems very greedy/wrong for a county court house/justice center ment to help and education the people..

Drove 3.5 hours to appeal a speeding ticket because my affidavit wasn’t accepted, got there ten minutes early , first one there and two minutes after checking in they call my name and I go up to the window and they say the judge already ruled it guilty and that I had to pay the whole fine.... I didn’t even walk into a court room, just sat in a lobby chair at the mini strip mall courthouse and still got screwed. And the police in that area have boners for out of state plates. Worst courthouse/judge ever

Yes, depends on which citation though.
You can call in like 2 weeks in advance and make a request if you've got a good reason but I would get set up with LegalShield since they sometimes have connections with the judges.
