I love this location here in Happy Valley. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pandemic has made it increasingly difficult for many of the shelves to be stocked with certain items. Still a good place to shop for vitamins and organic items.

Purchased a product. Didn’t like the taste and it upset my stomach. However when I tried to return it and exchange it for a product of equal value (same product line) that I’m more familiar with, the store manager, Gabrielle, refused because I didn’t have my receipt. Whenever I check out from the store and I’m asked if I want a receipt, I always respond no. I was under the impression that, as a rewards customer my transactions would be under my account. However, I learned today…that is not the case. I was told if it were under $20 I could exchange it BUT because it cost more than $20 I couldn’t exchange it. Not sure why that would matter. I simply wanted to exchange it for a different flavor. But, lesson learned and this is just not the store for me.
