Location is very nice here. You are right across from the shopping mall and they have nice amenities. The gym does not have much equipment, but if you're just looking for cardio it's decent. Parking is literally the worst here. We had our permit in the car but towing did not see it "clear" enough and thus we ended up paying close to $400. I wish management would know that there are people who do work odd hours/graveyard and it is difficult to find a spot sometimes even with our permit, they should provide a warning or two before towing off cars. It is tough to find street parking and I noticed there are not that many handicap parking spots as well. I will say though, that the staff on site actually do take care of problems when notified, well...when Christi was there at least! Now I give them a phone call and they don't pick up or when i stop by they're out of the office. I've also sent two emails out and they don't respond. I've also left voicemails and do NOT get a phone call back. It really is difficult to get a hold of them. This place needs to step up!

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Management is extremely ineffective at communicating to the residents. I’ve been here for almost two years now, out of the 22 months of living here, my dryer (which is supposedly an “amenity” of mine) was out of commission for a total of 4 months, 2 at the beginning 2 recently. That’s Almost 20% of my total stay, completely without a dryer. I understand the situation the world has been in the last couple years, but I had to be the one trying to figure out what was happening - not anyone reaching out to me. My car has been towed out of my own spot in which I’ve been paying for 2 years, after reaching out multiple times to management about the situation I have received very limited response. Save yourself the trouble, rent from one of the many other complex’s in the area.

Management runs it like a slum, but it's otherwise a nice Complex with nice people. I moved in and the apartment had paint on the hardfloors, stains seeping through the cleaning, damage under the sinks, and leaky window seals that I know see get moldy. The carpet is too small for the rooms. And in some places it is off the tacking. Just new carpet, window seals and an actual cleaning would have made inside pretty great. I'm not a picky guy, but management more or less has ignored me on these. And when I was late with rent (my first month I thought it was due later, my fault), had no idea I owed a late fee, as they don't send you a notice of any kind, have no way to check a balance, so when I didn't pay the late fee I didn't know I owed, I got a first warning to be kicked out? I have the money, just ask for it. And it happened again when I shorted then $3, had no idea I was off, and again, no notice until they threaten me with eviction...why? To steal my deposit for an apartment I got in poor condition? Be cautious renting here - I've rented from actual slum lords that are easier to deal with. Also, parking is bad, the pool monitor is an insult to human kind, and there was a break in my first week here, management as you can guess was blase about it. Cmon Summit real estate, step up your game.

Once you move in, forget about your friends or family to visit you, there is no parking for non tenants on the site and there is usually no open spot on the street for parking. even if you, come home late night there is no parking spot at the site and you would be circling around trying find a parking spot for yourself, it is funny, you cannot go into your own apartment because you're waiting outside for a parking. a towing company towed my friends car and we had to meet the towing guy some shady place middle of the night and pay 400 bucks to get the car back. So do not get an apartment facing to the street, my apartment has a lot of street noise from landscaper, bus stops, kids, pets you name it, you have to keep your windows and patio door close all times, well you better have a AC if you going to keep door closed on hot summer days. if you ever get out of this place, you have to give 2 months notice and of course this will put you to month to month rate because you cannot leave during your contract.. one more thing i did not like about this place you have walk 2 blocks to get your garbage and recycling. keep in mind dont think, like you got good rate they will rise your rent right after your contract and it will be higher than what they post online for new tenants. i would not recommend this place at all. gym is too small just a few machines. there is an ongoing construction at the moment. if you ever transfer to an other apartment within the site they will treat you as a new customer there fore you have to pay transfer fee and new deposit and a month later if you are lucky you will get your old deposit back...regardless how clean you turn your apartment back they will still charge you carpet cleaning fee. apartment's appliance is are horribly small and very noisy, i always leave home when i start the dishwasher its super noisy and doesn't clean very well all coffee cups still have coffee stains.. cheap low quality appliances.
