These apartments look nice. We visited and we wanted to know more about the management and crime rate. What is building C like? Also, how does the water bill work? What’s a price range? We were told it’s split between lower, middle and upper neighbor

This is the worst apartments to live you will find lots of problems. And the management is very rude

The worse place to live. Cars broken into fights with Nieghbors, management will not help AT ALL! Also, if you complain to corporate they kick you out. They don't take any complaints at the office no matter what 100%. And raised the rent from $995 to $1,190. 30 day notice rent changed also you can walk to the justice center across the street that handles all there legal issues, but prepared they are not for you at all. And it's all called fake court even there Almost judge (justice of the peace officer)😂 will tell u I'm not a judge but whatever I agree with goes when it comes to happy valley Apts. Its so weird and not even a real court. But like they say there only for the businesses there not clients, customers or tenants. Also the water is not split at all. Your bill will always be $185 or more. The parking is a whole another ballgame. If you leave to work and come back passed 6-7pm you will not find parking unless you pay for carport or garage if not the street.100%👎👎👎

Please please please dont waste your money on this place. I've lived here for 3 years and am trying to get out. We got a car last year, and the only way to guarantee you have a spot is if you pay what we call the extortion fee ($40 a month), they charge $400 deposit + $25 per month for pets, and you will never see that deposit back. My 1bed×1bath is $1200 a month, plus $47 water/garbage, and you can expect to pay another $60+ for electric (during the winter that easily hits $150 because these places are poorly insulated). Everything in these apartments mold horribly, and maintenance cant even apply caulking to your tub correctly, so that will peel off the first time you scrub it. They get ridiculously muggy and stale feeling during the summer, no amount of fans will help. Not allowed to put in a window box AC either. The smoke alarms will go off every time you cook, because it will heat up the main room. I genuinely recommend you look elsewhere.

I just moved out and it is one of the worst places because of the management and construction always going it’s always so loud. Parking is so bad I was towed once from there when I lived there. I would suggest looking in the apartments across the street there are 4 or 5 in the same area
