I've had my fair share of problems, the walls are paper thin so you can get a noise complaint just for trying to watching the tv because neighbors on the other side of you are louder. I had water damage from another resident within my first 30 days of living here and it took 30 days with a missing wall and shower rod to fix, to then find out after the fact my toilet was also broken. Management is understanding and can be helpful but it takes a bit to get there, make sure your detail oriented about something when it breaks. The hot tub has been waiting on a part since March. I was told the pool would be opened by Memorial Day, however the pool is still closed and also "waiting on a part" now. Every time I reach out, I literally hear the same excuse, "waiting on a part" it's been 5 months, it's 100 degrees out all week, and summer is half way over, let's be real here. The gym temperature is set to 77 degrees inside when it's 100 degrees outside. And the one machine that has interchanging parts so you utilize different workouts has only the one part. If the amenities they offered were fully functional, I wouldn't be writing here, the least they could do is offer a credit. I know it comes down to Riverwalk's management company, not the management of this specific location. I appreciate Tori and Mary for all their help, but aside from that don't move here with high expectations with little to no amenities for high rent, broken glass everywhere, strung out homeless people, shopping carts, and cops frequently on the premises. It's truly unfortunate.

Heh… What can I say about Riverwalk? I’m sure my rating will change in time due to being new here but… Tori And her office coworkers are good enough, but there’s a lot of flaw when it comes to noise. Dogs allowed? Jeez. Those aren’t loud enough. People breaking into the complex at night running from the cops? Didn’t see them, but they ran through my complex and through what sounded my floor. Haven’t been here long and honestly I hope there’s no one heee with guns.

My family and I have been living here for 18 YEARS and we have never received horrible service like this. Before, the maintenance team would come asap to fix our service request, but now they take WEEKS to come. My washing machine is very old and always messing up, so when I put in a service request, they take forever to come. Now, my old drying machine is messing up and they have not came to fix it. We try to avoid going to laundry mats due to COVID and now we have no other choice but to go and risk our health. Whenever I call and ask when maintenance is coming, they say “they will be there tomorrow” and never come. The only reason why we haven’t moved out is because so many grocery stores are nearby and makes it easy to transport, but I would NOT recommend living here. There is always a lot of minors rough housing and not respecting the rules at the gym / pool area. The rules specifically say that children need to be accompanied by their parents or adults and I always see little kids there by themselves. There is supposed to be “security “ at night but my car has been broken into many times.

We just moved in here and I already can’t wait for our lease to be up so we can move the bell out. Like most residents who actually LIVE there, the parking is atrocious. There are plenty of vacant units, yet you can never find anywhere to park if you arrive after 6 pm. I believe our lease said 7 pm is curfew for visitors , but management does such an awful job enforcing these rules, or any, that people stay overnight. In addition to this, there are some pretty sketchy people here so when I leave for work at 3 am, I have to walk quickly to my car because you never know who’s outside. The pool was also just recently opened up, but there are people down there ALL. NIGHT. I hear them when I go to bed at 10 pm and still at 2 am. I feel bad for the people who live in the unit next to the pool, but again, management does nothing to enforce the noise or the hours the pool is open. The people working in the office are difficult to deal with and unprofessional when seen around the complex. We did not have screens upon move in date and they said they had to “custom order them” and would be in on 7 June. In their place, they have us screens from another unit that were disgusting, bent and don’t fit right. It’s nearly a week later, and no screens or word on when those will arrive. Lastly, this place is FILTHY. Trash will pile up around dumpsters, and sit out on the sidewalk until the garbage comes, I believe it’s Saturday. You can expect to find someone digging around in the garbage or recycling most morning, so take note of that. Overall, I would never consider renewing our lease on these terms, and do not recommend that anyone else bothers with this place. It’s not worth it.

I'm pretty sure it's your responsibility to ensure your kids safety. Why replace the pond? Some of us enjoy the view or moved in here for that reason. Maybe take your kids to a park instead of allowing them to cross the street and trespass
Great question! Please contact the front office for more information!

I'm a single mom of 2 and have had no issues with safety. There are a ton of dogs her that seem to be pretty happy as well
