I have tried multiple times to get an apartment through Mandy Management - as a tenant with excellent renter history and perfectly good enough income for their apartments it’s so ridiculous what they put u through to “qualify”. Their agents barely follow up or help with inquiries. Very unfriendly and poorly run management. Don’t even bother trying to see apartments they don’t work with you on literally anything. How do you people even have tenants??

Mandy Management has been very good to me!! No issues only one maintenance problem and Fred (maintenance man) has been a huge help. Just the knob for my shower broke off and he got on it right away. I would recommend any and everyone to go with Mandy Management. Apartments are clean and rent is manageable.
