I feel that it's the management's responsibility to ensure safety for those who have children. A park(basketball court)would also be a great replacement of the pound, so our kids don't have to cross the street to the other apts.to play.

I'm pretty sure it's your responsibility to ensure your kids safety. Why replace the pond? Some of us enjoy the view or moved in here for that reason. Maybe take your kids to a park instead of allowing them to cross the street and trespass

I agree with Melissa the pond is beautiful and absolutely amazing to wake up to. As a mother it is your liability to protect your children. My son isn't even 2 yet and loves hanging out with the duckies. Take your kids to a public park and play with them. Dont send them off to another complex so you can stay at home
