UPDATE: Service Department should be shut down. They had my car for 2 weeks. Nothing was done but “updates on the software” which turned out to be false. Zero communication while my car was there. I left several messages with Diego. I literally had to go down to see what was being done on my car. Was told parts had to be ordered and they would call when they were in. Still nothing. Fine. However I was also told I would get an invoice of what was done on my vehicle as “it wasn’t ready” when I picked up my car. Still nothing. I’ve left messages for Irving the service manager without a call back and I left a message with Steve (?) the director of service without a call back. Extremely unprofessional and not how you run a business. I will be reaching out to Ford corporate and to the BBB. Manny was super helpful with getting me what I wanted! He knew a lot about the cars and the follow up has been phenomenal! Small dealership with a lot of cars and friendly staff!

The in house service was ok, some team members were very very polite and professional. My only negative comment is that I was lied to and kind of pushed into signing for a car that I had voiced concerns on. They weren’t completely honest and I wish I knew then what I know now. At the end of the day purchasing was my decision but I might have not signed that exact day if I had all the information. I might have still gone back but when it was more convenient for me. It was just not a fair situation in my experience but I am happy with the car itself.

Ford of Montebello is by far the best dealership experience I have ever had. You can genuinely feel that they care about the customer and try to get you the best deal possible. I've gotten two vehicles from them and both times they really took good care of me, and I walked away feeling like I got an excellent deal. Special shout out to Josue, who was very helpful and made the whole experience great. You don't feel like a "customer", you feel like a friend and that is something you don't really get anywhere else. I would highly recommend 10/10

Sincerely, one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. The entire team is very helpful and genuinely try to work with you to get you the best deal possible. Shout out to Josue H who played a huge part in getting me into honestly, the car of my dreams. 10/10 recommend.
