The Macy's store itself is very clean. The items seem to be all in order. The shelves and racks are well stocked with the clothing they sell. The prices are pretty high, but you pay for the brands. Honestly I didn't shop at Macy's I was passing through and found there was a Starbucks located inside of the Macy's. The Starbucks is a franchise so you can not get points for the Starbucks app. Customer service is ok. Very convenient to have the Starbucks right there in the store, the mall didn't even offer that. Also since it's a franchise they do not have all the items. Selection is very limited, very.

Jason at the mens cologne cologne counter was super helpful, he listened and knew exactly what we were looking for. He was patient and attentive and we left with the YSL gift package. My husband loved it!

Macys - Excellent deals and high end products with bonus buys! I’m hooked … The deals on men’s cologne coupled with Amazing deals on name brand clothing. You’d be foolish to over look Macy especially on their sales!

Why I love shopping at Brick & Mortar stores vs. online because I like interacting with people and sometimes online items aren't always as they appear. They are sometimes misleading or items don't photo well. At this Macys, they are Covid19 compliant. Store is super clean. Staff is friendly and professional. I always get great customer service whether at shoes, clothing or make-up. Macys has really great sales. Case in point, I saw these cute Betsy Johnson heels online. The photos didn't really do any justice. These shoes were so pretty once I tried them on. Macy's had these shoes for 50% off the original price tag. Flowers are definitely in right now. There are some really good sales at Macy's. Mens shirts are also on sale. Check it out.
