I only go here because the other place is closed most of the time. The employees are rude and awful to talk to. They’re unhelpful and sometimes just plain mean. I’ve never been so frustrated dealing with a post office in my entire life.

Absolutely loved the fact I had to pay $4 for one single piece of tape even though she had the tape gun sitting right there. Ridiculous. I bought a roll and left it there because I don't have a use for it and hopefully it will prevent your customers from becoming upset when they realize they too have to pay $4 for a single piece of tape. It was my birthday gift to YOUR customers. Ridiculous.

Theresa, the associate at the counter, has zero customer service skills. She is unfriendly and rude, to say the least. I have had terrible experiences with her on multiple occasions when going to this post office.

The people who work in the store are friendly, hardworking and dependable. The actual carrier... not so much. I watched them drive past my door and leave a note saying that no one was at the address to pick up a package. They never even came to the door, my guess is because it was drizzling rain. Similarly, my spouse's refund check from college was returned to the school as being undeliverable. We also keep getting mail for other people on our street so I can only imagine how many of them are getting our mail and aren't kind enough to return in. Edit: Bumped it down to a 1 star. The mail carrier literally speeds through our neighborhood wearing headphones so Im probably going to call the police at some point as children play in our neighborhood. For a solid month straight I was getting wedding invitations meant for a totally different apartment number. My significant other's school refund check was for some reason "undeliverable." Finally, I actually found my package leaning against a neighbors mailbox instead of in the box itself. I wish I had grabbed a picture but it was starting to rain so I was too upset about my stuff possibly being damaged to think straight.

Print it and apply it to your package, and ship it.
You just need to knock on the door next to where the mail slots are and they will get it for you.
Your regular carrier is on vacation and your sub is a brand new carrier and has only been working here a couple weeks so its taking her longer plus with the holidays there's more mail so its taking even longer because of that, you just have to be patient
If you pay extra. You can send it 2 day express.
