Yes they do serve the Big Macs at the Front Street McDonalds in San Francisco. With the exception of a few menu items like the McRib which is only sold in certain areas and during certain times and the McPlant(This was accurate as of March 2022 but I am not sure of the current status of the McPlant) which is a new item being tested in certain markets like the bay area, most McDonalds menu items including all standard menu items are available at all McDonalds restaurants in the US. An extremely rare exception to this rule is at McDonalds Express restaurants. I have seen two McDonalds Express restaurants that pnly served a small subset of the standard McDonalds menu, but neither of these restaurants were in California and it was more than 15 years ago when I saw them. 1 of them was in an airport where I was catching a connecting flight and I cannot remember where the second express restaurant was. They may not even exist anymore.
