The lady ho clean my daughters teeth only scrub six of her teeth and for the whole work she did she did not spend more than one minute, this is cleaning, trying to remove anything from her teeth and slapping some fluoride on half of her teeth . She was so careless with both of my daughters mouths , the youngest was about to cry and she was trying to pool away from her and right when I was going to tell her to be more careful she was donde. Is sad tha they have someone like that working there because they make kids not wanting to go back to the dentist, especially my younger daughter who was so excited to go to the dentist for days and when we were there and I was working on the forms that we have to complete she keep asking me when is my turn?, I am next?, when are they calling me?, can we ask and see if I am next? And all that excitement just to get such a terrible experience!! So glad I am not taking them to this place again, I hope you guys read this and change the way you do your job. I am saying this because I was there the whole time.. FYI, if I could I ll give them les than one star. And before I forget, this place is the one that is in Hayward CA.

Horrible customer service, hold me on call for hours, I tried many times to contact them and each time they put me on hold and I never received the check from them

Update: I have received a refund of the over payment. Thank you Delta Dental. I overpaid at the dental office and requested a refund which I did not receive from the dental office so I had to call Delta Dental to intervene and retrieve my money

The agent told me my cleaning was covered, but my dentist is trying to charge me, even after I told him that you said it was covered. I asked him what code they were using and refused to tell me. They made my appointment now for a month later to punish me for guestioning them dr. Wahid in Petaluma on mcdowell
