Staff were honest and quick to respond. My passport was stolen and they saw that I had applied for a document that I didn't need, and took the initiative to reach out to me, asked the right questions and ensured that I was refunded. Additionally my passport was replaced in little time, and my interactions with the staff during pick-up were friendly and efficient.

I cannot thank these ladies enough who work tirelessly at this consulate. Ms. Janet Phua and Ms. Wang Huihui were nothing but super helpful. My emails with my ever ending questions was always answered that very same day. These ladies made me feel welcomed and I felt like I was back home in Singapore just amazing!! I can’t thank you enough Ms. Phua and Ms. Wang for being so patient with me and literally walking me through the steps I needed to take, I never felt that I was on my own. Once I thought I had lost my passport. Another time my passport expired and I needed a traveling document to fly back to Singapore. On both occasions, the consulate was extremely kind and helpful. They responded to my calls promptly during and after office hours, and gave me immediate assistance. At the consulate office, staff were nice and professional. Their help eased my mind and travels, for which I am very grateful.
