They were very helpful getting me a passport application appointment on short notice on the day I had a meeting in San Francisco and had to go there anyway. No wait at all, l handed in my passport application, got pictures an fingerprints taken and was out in less than 10 minutes. Now, parking in this area is a different story, but that was my choice. Consider taking BART, the Montgomery BART entrance is right outside the Consulate entrance.
