I have a Jeep wrangler unlimited 2008, Sahara 4wheel drive manual transmission.. While climbing a steep hill in San Francisco I experienced the clutch slipping, and there was smoke. Do you thing I need to adjust the clutch, or replace it?

Standard practice: adjust it until you run out of adjustment, then replace.
