My car is an aged vehicle that they may not have parts to service. But it was taken in to be services and treated as if it was one of the new cars just in for service. The service personnel was very personal and friendly. I felt very welcome. This was the one time that I went in for service that did not make me wish I had gone to another mechanic. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Plan to revisit in a few months to see if one of the new cars on their lot has my name on it.

Went for an oil change, had an appointment at 3 but that didn't seem to matter. 5pm rolls around and I ask the status on my car since I was waiting there the entire time. It wasn't done. While I'm waiting there now 530 the techs all have a meeting about how to provide better customer service and how they should value their customer's time more while my car is sitting there, done now - waiting for all this to finish so I can you know... leave. 15 minutes later I am about to get the keys to my car when the poor guys (boss I assume) decides its a good time to teach him some process on the computer. No. Not the best time. At 5:45 I finally got to go home. Longest oil change experience of my life. I did buy my Jeep from this dealership, and that was easy but service department?...

This was a couple months ago but forgot to review. First, they tried to tell us we didn’t have warranty when we did. We have had our vehicle serviced at other locations before. Then, when we came back to pick up the next day, they said they couldn’t find my paperwork and that my vehicle wasn’t on the lot?! They eventually found the vehicle and said the rep just never started the paperwork…. This should’ve been a red flag. They made up the paper work, we paid for a couple upsells and left. I left the dealership thinking they changed my oil, did the 35k service, and cleaned out my air filtration like we paid for, but turns out NOTHING WAS DONE. We didn’t know until my car’s exhaust came out BLACK AND SMOKEY. Needless to say the filter was not cleaned and still smelled like mildew. We called our service rep and they told us to bring the vehicle back in as proof, but we had already gone to get our own oil changed elsewhere at this point. Wouldn’t help or reimburse us. Fast forward to now, tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since the next closest one to us was Antioch and they had even worse reviews. Called back to the concord location multiple times to schedule my service and have not heard back at all. Where can I find a reliable jeep dealership around these parts???

No they do not include lifetime oil changes. If you find an auto dealership that does please let everyone know.
