Why is it the Foreman always delegate tasks every 5 minutes to their apprentice. The foreman kept telling the apprentice , go over there and get this, go shovel some more after 5 minutes , the fireman tells apprentice to go do another thing , then after 10 minutes , the foreman tells the apprentice to go get other stuff leaving others work undone . Why is it that the Foreman do treat the apprentice like an animal ? Apprentice cannot complain because they needed that job but it’s cruel . Foreman should not be lazy when they were promoted as Foreman . That place is not harmonious to work anymore but the sad thing the apprentice cannot say a word due to fear of being fired . Please don’t overwork your apprentice. They are human being that gets tired too .

The hall will base the number of new students based off of future work. Could be 20, could be 50. You get on the wait list on your first class night. They won't know you're in the top 25 until your first job, but if you impress then you'll never be unemployed. Further qualifications help such as Med-Gas certification.
